
AXIUM OWNERSHIP
Axium Packaging was founded in March 2010 by experienced plastic packaging executives Pushminder Judge and Paul Judge, who grew the company from a single room in Ontario, Canada, to its place today as one of the largest plastic packaging companies in North America.
Pushminder Judge

CHEIF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Pushminder Judge has a long history with North American-based plastic packaging companies, beginning his career in Ontario, Canada, in 1975. He co-founded Axium Packaging alongside his son Paul Judge in 2010, with a goal of introducing a unique, performance-driven manufacturing ecosystem and comprehensive design process to the plastic packaging industry.
Prior to Axium, Pushminder founded Matrix Packaging Inc., a leading manufacturer of custom-designed blow molded rigid plastic containers and injected molded products. Serving as president and CEO from 1992, Pushminder grew the privately held Matrix to about 860 employees before selling the company in 2008.

Paul Judge

PRESIDENT
Paul has led the company through 16+ years of rapid growth and innovation. With a focus on quality, innovation, agility and sustainability, Paul has pushed his Axium team to develop next-generation manufacturing platforms and engineering solutions across the company’s North American footprint to deliver cutting-edge packaging to Axium’s global customer base.
Paul lives in New Albany, Ohio, with his wife and two children. He is active in his community and serves on the boards of the Columbus Academy, the Columbus Partnership, the New Albany Foundation and the Wexner Center for the Arts at the Ohio State University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.
