3D MODELING
Using advanced 3D modeling and 3D printing, Axium creates high-quality prototypes that optimize brand appeal and can minimize material use in the design process, and reduce the time to prototype innovative packaging solutions.
IN-HOUSE TOOL SHOPS
Axium’s in-house tool shops allow us to design, build, qualify and commercialize tools in half the time and cost of our competitors. And our open-source model enables us to share 3D files for concurrent development with partners wherever they are, reducing capital investment and enhancing speed to market across the globe.
NEAR-SITE MANUFACTURING
Axium’s near-site manufacturing solution can dramatically boost production capacity, reduce your carbon footprint and increase speed to market. When a customer needed to scale fast, we built 36 tools and a 136,000 sq. ft. facility just 16 miles from them, housing 15 new production line, adding 300 million more bottles a year. All in under five months.
3D Scanner
Axium’s Keyence VL 800 3D Scanner CMM supports faster, more accurate design and engineering validation by capturing thousands of 3D data points from small to medium sized parts. With high accuracy measurement, high resolution output, AI powered scanning, CAD comparison, and automated stage and tilt functionality, the system helps analyze complex geometries, support reverse engineering, and generate CAD compatible data for more efficient product development.
